We provide sports massage and injury management. Allevi8 supports men and women recovering from injury in the Warminster area. Our goal is to use massage therapies to:

  • Improve muscle performance and range of movement
  • Activate unused muscles to improve posture and reduce overuse injuries
  • Reduce recovery times from injury
  • Discover the source of the injury,treat and educate you to prevent further injury
  • Provide cost effective mobile sports massage treatments to men and women in the Warminster area

 
Background
In 2005 I suffered a shoulder dislocation in a waterskiing accident. Prior to and following surgery I found getting the right advice difficult to find in the Warminster area. During my rehabilitation I became frustrated so I decided to retrain and create Allevi8.
